Terms of service

Starting prices on this site are guides. Every job is confirmed with a written quote before work begins.

Property details are verified by House Dr. Ltd at the date shown on each listing. Buyers should still complete their own legal checks; we can arrange this through our land due diligence service.

Deposits and payments are confirmed with a receipt. Refund terms are stated on each quote.
